		<description>Yum!  I made a lasagna a few weeks ago with eggplant and spinach and it really hit the spot.  It&#039;s been crazy weather we&#039;ve been having.  I actually had to use my windshield wipers the other day!  Looks like the heat it finally coming back today. :)</description>
