Saw these and they sounded like the perfect thing for superbowl! Made them today and they were great! I doubled the recipe for a superbowl party. Instead of using ground pork I substituted ground turkey (trying to go slightly healthy). I only used half of the amount of milk needed and it was perfect – no draining necessary. Also for fun I threw red chili pepper flakes into the mix! They were a hit!
